Forwarding shipping (corresponding products are marked)
Particularly large or heavy products cannot be shipped as a package but must be shipped on pallets. All products that have to be shipped by freight forwarder are marked accordingly.

Our shipping philosophy
As an online retailer, shipping orders every day is part of everyday life. We try to use a few principles to ensure that every customer receives their order quickly, safely and discreetly packaged . We want to impress you with fast delivery times and ensure that your goods always arrive undamaged.
That's why all orders are processed by our shipping warehouse in Regensburg and shipped from there. Our shipping service providers are Deutsche Post and DHL. We only ship in neutral boxes that do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about the contents.
Many items are large and heavy, so we often ship larger orders, such as complete sets, in several separate shipments. This way we avoid damage and ensure that each package can be transported by one person. Even if they are sent on the same day, it may happen that not all packages arrive on the same day - unfortunately we have no influence on this.
To avoid damage to the goods, your package is always well padded . You will not receive a bulb without additional padding or a loose ballast. If you still have a problem with your delivery, please contact us - we will always find a solution for you!
